For your convenience and in order to streamline the academic queries, we have designed a form "Academic Queries Form" which can be obtained through the following link:

Fill up the form and attach it with your mail and send it at:

You are advised to use this form for all kind of queries mentioned therein and wait for the time frame which has been provided on the form. Please do not make personal contacts with the academic office unless it is really required and that is in case you have to submit some proof along with the application. Furthermore, please do not make applications on piece of plain papers for academic queries unless it is required. Unnecessary applications on plain papers shall not be entertained.

All of you are requested to stick to new process which has been introduced mainly to facilitate you.
